Stolen Content: Fake
The information and content on the website https://www.world-education-center.org/index-php/index/about/ registered under the domain name www.world-education-center.org is stolen completely in our center’s un-pub.eu. This website was created by copying the same content as on our un-pub.eu/publisher site. This method tries to commit fraud.
Please ignore this website or report it as fake.

A Compulsory Announcement

It was published by Beall’ List on a “fake” web page as “Potential predatory scholarly open-access publishers” by the “Birlesik Dunya Yenilik Arastırma ve yayincilik Merkezi” (BD-Center). We sent them messages through the “Contact me here” communication channel on the website, stating that the publishing house has published Open Access scientific articles at the end of the peer-review process, in accordance with serious, legal and ethical criteria.
We also conveyed that we are ready to cooperate so that they can make more objective and accurate evaluations, if they wish. Unfortunately, while they have not given us any answers until today (10.11.2023), they have not deleted the name of our publishing house from the website.
Important note: As BD-Center publishing house, we are ready to cooperate in the evaluations that Academic Indexes or serious institutions want to make regarding our journals.
Thereupon, we wrote (2022-07-21, 11:19) an explanatory message to Jeffrey Beall, (denverjeffrey@gmail.com), founder of “Beall’ List” explaining why BD-Center is not a “Potential predatory scholarly open‑access publishers” Jeffrey Beall wrote that, “I stopped publishing my lists in 2017 and am now retired. I understand that others have copied the lists and published them on the internet. I am not responsible for this (2022-07-21, 13:59).”
https://beallslist.net/ web address to negatively affect the reputation of BD-Center, to spread false information against potential authors of our journals, to cause possible material and moral damages, etc. We are working to file compensation cases in USA courts for reasons such as.

Who owner the “Beall’ List”?
What is the contact information?
Do you know the address, email, phone number?

The information I wrote above is not available on the https://beallslist.net/ website. Therefore, this page is a fake web page. The “Beall’ List” web page cannot go further than a “gossip code” page that has no reliability, validity or credibility. In any case, serious institutions do not accept the claims of the “Beall’ List”. Already on the website, it appears as Last updated December 8, 2021.
The “Beall’ List” is nothing in terms of legal, ethical, and scientific aspects.
