Message from Editor-in-Chief

Abstract

Greetings to our dear readers.

Words would fail us to describe how elated we are to publish Volume 11, Number 2, July 2021 issue of our Global Journal of Business, Economics, and Management: Current Issues. This issue aimed to present current issues on innovation, workplace environment, organizational behaviour, and operations, which could improve economic development. With the help of a careful peer review, seven papers were selected, which met the aim of the publication.

The selected papers were authored by researchers from Libya, Italy, Nigeria, China, Ethiopia, and the Philippines. The papers include the following: Management information system and firms’ performance in a developing economy: Evidence from the manufacturing sector in Nigeria; What is the optimal tax treatment that motivates donor corporations to make more monetary and in-kind donations to their communities? ; Factors affecting the marketing of livestock in South Omo Zone: The case of Hammer woreda; Working environment, teamwork, and diversity: perspectives and relationship to organizational satisfaction; Relationship between human capital investment and employees’ work efficiency in ATAP branch; Opportunities, challenges and countermeasures of the development of big data industry in the state-level Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone; Barriers and drivers to eco-innovation for SMEs: Evidences from the EU context.

Dear reader, the presented papers are not only interesting to read but also very informative. The practicality of the recommendations offered by the researchers is commendable. As such, we would like to commend all the researchers who shared their research with us.
