Abstract
Dear reader,
It is with great delight that we announce the publishing of Volume 11, Number 2, December 2021 issue of the World Journal of Environmental Research. This issue aimed to present topics related to climatic changes, their effect on natural life and resources, and how to solve them. Three papers were selected, which were approved as fit for the aim of the issue.
The selected papers were authored by researchers from Bangladesh, Cyprus, Malaysia, and Tunisia. The selected topics include the following: Implementation of a process for the treatment of hydrocarbon-contaminated soil using petroleum production water; Best-fit probability distributions and return periods for daily rainfall in the Kyrenia region, Northern Cyprus; How to fight the COVID-19 global crisis.
