Abstract
Dear reader,
We are elated to publish the Volume 11, No 1, April Issue, of the Global Journal of Computer Sciences: Theory and Research. As the year started with fears of the spread of the global pandemic and a need to stay safe, there have been a major increase in issues related to technologies, since the masses believe it is the way forward in these trying times. The aim of this issue is to present to our readers, major issues in Computer sciences and how researchers are approaching it amidst a global pandemic.
After a rigorous peer review, four papers were selected which satisfy the aim of this publication. The selected papers were authored by researchers from Turkey, Morocco, and Cyprus. The titles for the selected papers are; Closed frequent item sets mining based on IT-Tree; The significance of typography in data visualization; Extraction of urban buildings using color image processing and morphological operations; Making sure of students’ attendance and the system of mark management by using mobile applications.
Once again, we are delighted to maintain the standard of our renowned journal. We therefore extend our gratitude to the distinguished researchers who contributed to the current issue. We also commend our seasoned publishing team for their immense contribution.
