An evaluation of the perspectives of employees on Pamukkale destination

Abstract
This study aims is to investigate the perspectives of tourism employees on Pamukkale destination. Survey method was used to determine the perspectives of employees in tourism establishments. According to the employees in tourism establishments, thermal tourism should be given priority, national and international level promotion, and guidance services should be increased. They think that diversity of tourism products is sufficient, but this facility is not evaluated that good.
