Abstract

Dear reader, we are elated to publish Volume 13, Number 4 of the World Journal of Educational Technology: Current Perspectives. As an excellence-driven journal, we have carefully selected standard articles covering a variety of issues presented in Educational Technologies. This issue covers topics represented from Turkey, Kazakhstan, Jordan, Peru, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Morocco, Russia, Latvia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.


The COVID-19 pandemic is gradually fading away. Nevertheless, its effects are still being felt in various locations around the world. This issue aims to present topics of interest around the world regarding education and educational technology. Some of the topics include: Computational informatics in the training of future informatics teachers in the context of the development of modern education; State regulation and development of digital educational platforms; Training of future primary teachers for innovation in the context of the updated content of education; Pedagogical challenges in Distance Learning during COVID-19 conditions – Experience of Latvia; Digitalization in international and mass education: A model proposal for Turkey; The risks and threats of digital educational technologies and products; Challenges of teaching children literature online in Bosnia and Herzegovina during the COVID 19 pandemic, among various other intriguing topics.
